				just wanted to share

well iknow most people will not give a **** but its a huge deal to me so i wanted to share!
well for those of you who know me you know that im a bigger guy. ive been big for a good portion of the 24 years i been around. well this past march i just got sick and tired of it. i weighed myself and was between 296-298..

well after that i said screw it and put myself on a diet after i dropped some weight from just diet i started walking 2 miles a day.

2 weeks ago i got a call from my friends gf saying were taking matt out ziplining for a surprise bday! i checked it out and saw there was a weight requirement! 70-250lbs! i ws like **** since i was 267 at that point. she said that the company said a few lbs over is ok but no more than that! well the ziplining trip is this coming friday and as of this morning im 252! im really excited to try this out ive never done something like this so yea lol.

but i can say so far that im happy i decided to change my life for the better. i went from 44 inch jean size down to a 36! and from 2xl shirts to fitting in some large shirts! i just cant wait to hit my final goal of 220ish im already over half way there!

Thanks for ready i just had to share!

btw here are before and after pics i know pics do more justice than just words. first one is my fat ass off to the left all alone at an njfboa meet last summer and the second one i took just today!

36 jeans and it feels great to be able to wear my led zeppelin shirt that i have not been able to wear for a couple years!

Yeah, I thought you looked leaner when you stopped by last week. My brain didn't figure it out right away, too much messing around with brake fluid and gasoline with 2 stroke the last couple of weeks! Keep it up!

Just takes alot of determination to get the job done. the past 2 weeks have been hell trying to lose enough to be able to go ziplining. but after that i dont have to push as hard but cant slack either. still have a good 30-40lbs to go once i hit 250

nice work bro... by the way.. you can kick that 2lbs in a day.lots of cardio,pt, & gotta sweat it out. saunna room will take some off.
they say everytime you break a sweat you lose 1/2 a lb.....don't think thats 100% true, but had to drop weight for the USMC and lost 5lbs in 2 days w/ doing the items above.

Again, congrats and good luck with your goals.

Awsome progress, got a few tips to help you lose more cayenne pepper you can simply just take it as powder found in the season section, your mouth as to get the hot taste so it can prepare your stomach to change the way it digest otherwise if you hide it in food your stomach won't be prepared and won't be as effective, its also very healthy for blood flow because it makes your blood rush so fast it has saved lives during a hearth attack, tart cherry juice or dried cherries, fish oil can be taken as a vitamine will make you **** bad fat out, blueberries, avacadoes.
