im about 95% sure it is. fit perfect on the car. (compaired to the aftermarket junk that im use to seeing) but ill run outside and verify just to be 100%

hey just checked! i coudnt make out the number 100% on the bottom of the cover since its been repainted.
here is what i could make out from the bottom of the cover 10248??9
here is what the gm part number is(verified on gm parts direct.com) 10248139

no bowtie sorry. did the factory ones come with the bowtie if they had front tag brackets? my 93 didnt have one on it i just figured it was an option if the car didnt have a front tag,
