86 TA info

so i was lookin at a 99 B4C camaro to buy but it didnt sound to hot and had like 97k miles plus we all no how cop cars sit idleing for hours at a time so i think ill pass on that.

another guy that gos to my mechanic is selling an 86 trans am with 40k miles on it, the owenr is nuts, its been in the shop because the door handle was loose so he got a new one and little things like that, the interior is immaculate but the original 86 paint on the front bumper is faded. i checked out the vin and its a code H 305 4bbl LG4 (155hp!!!!!). its super nice blue with the grey ground effects. hes askin like 5k ...any input guys??

5k for a perfect car is not unreasonable. it woudl have to be absolutely perfect though

well just a faded front bumper, id HAVE to put a big bird on the hood, only 40k miles, but that motor is guna kill me 155hp! geeeez wat were they thinkin, how come the low mileage cars always have a downside like that lol

86, Blue & Silver GFX's? Like my old car?

A kid I work with his selling his 91-92 Trans Am I think its some mineral grey color with a Ram Air II hood on it. Hes in Creskill and is looking to get like 4 or 5k. I believe someone just backed into the the drivers side somewhere though.

torque is what matters, thats what i tell everyone about my 305 TBI, well its now a TPI and has headers n a few things...but ya get the point!

I wonder if it's that kid Karl's that used to be on this site? He had a blue/silver '86 that was in nice shape. Is it in Paramus?

nahh i still see him around n i wouldnt buy a car from him, i had a class with him, watta wierdo, this car is owned by an older man i think, i even see it parked at my shoprite in new milford once a week lol
