Any one know of a GOOD gunsmith in the Jersey area? I need a barrel blued, and more extensive work on an older shotgun.

I know of one in Garfield, I can get his number if you want it, not sure where you're from or if thats too far for you.

Sure! I am from Monmouth county but am up for a drive if he can do what I need done.

I will ask my brother. Are you looking for someone who specializes in a specific type of gun or just someone who can work on whatever various guns you need help with?

Well I am pretty sure you need to have special equipment to blue the barrel and the other one just needs a loving touch. Its an expensive gun so experiance is needed.

Harrys in Hamilton, NJ mercer county has one. i believe he's supposed to be pretty good.

i know of a really good gun smith out in blairstown. might be a bit far for ya. But we used to send all our work to him and he did a great job.

you could check out the brick armory i know they do A LOT. and also my dad knows an older guy that does stuff in his home. he had his old colt .38 revolver blued and its beautiful.
