me too... i have no problem sleeping, its finding time to sleep around my work schedule thats tough at times... but as of now im off monday-friday this week

I got but a few hours of sleep last night its 8 i went to sleep at 3. Thats EARLY for me saitin I think we should go see doctors.

I prolly average 3 hours or less of sleep, that's insomnia. Just not sleeping for a day or two isn't a real problem

my buddy has legit insomnia like he never gets to sleep before 3am and gets up for school at 6am every night he has been getting a lot of blood work done for it

I dont know about saitin but I have probally only gone to sleep before 2/3am a handful of times last year. That was simply because I worked so much and hit the gym those days really hard and the whole week of 4 hours sleep caught up to me.
Once in a while if I have nothing to do the next day I will sleep for 12-14 hours once I get to sleep...their have been days I just stayed up 2-3 days striaght maybe an hour of sleep because I thought eventually id knock out and get on a regular sleep schedule. NOPE

i usually work out really late, like 12 or so, do some crazy bootcamp **** for 45mins or so, take a shower and lay down i usually go right to sleep. if i dont, however, ive been up until 6,7,8 am then getting up and going out haha.

Thread wasn't meant for actual insomniacs just people that are late nighters and or don't sleep much .
But I've had sleeping issues since I was in highschool,it gets really boring some time around the 5-7am time slots when there is nothing on tv lol.
