In a shocking discovery, this brutal and graphic video has just not been posted to the internet. It is a video supposedly taken from December of 1984 in which Bobby J Blythe, a karate "master instructs his student to brutally beat an individual who is seriously mentally ill. This man was later discovered dead in a dumpster and Blythe was never charged.

The instructor Bobby J Blythe had this to say about the incident:

'This dummy was in my shopping center while I was on a Bodyguard Job in Washington, DC. This guy was in the Pizza Hut eating pizza off the plates of others and the Pizza Hut Manager ran him out with a pistol. Later the very same day, police officers were called to remove him from a nearby pharmacy after having been caught reaching into customer's purses. A short time after that, he visited a Napa Auto Parts store next to my Karate Dojo and told the management he planned on teaching in that Dojo and that Jesus taught him.

'The Napa guys told him he was confused (their polite way of warning the man against such action), but not wanting to miss a show, they told the man they would close early just to watch and that he must not know the owner, which is nobody to play with.. Needless to say, the police pulled him out of the dumpster behind my Karate Dojo where he was neatly placed. Semper Fi to all my Marine brothers. The karate student in the white is also a Marine Sgt. and a brand new Black Belt. Never get stupid with a Marine, you could get jacked up and have your clock stopped.'"

That's all I know.

I don't know what to say to this. Theres an apparent internet uproar that since theres no statute of limitations on murder that they are going to try to find this man and prosecute him.


What are your thoughts on the situation....even if you didnt watch the movie.....should they be able to prosecute murder 20 years later???

Also from a totally other point of view if that guy is a black belt and a marine that instructor should be ashamed of himself. that guy can not fight one bit. I actually thought the dude in the Gi was the victim at first...

Where do I begin?...... If they dragged the guy out of the dojo how is there a bloodstain at the height of the doorknob? After the fight you see the blood trail as they haul the victim out of the dojo. It's pretty obvious these guys didn't care @ a human life they just wanted to prove how "badass" they were,so they could feel better @ themselves. Not to sound cruel but this was a skilled/trained fighter vs. a mentaly disturbed /retarted person. Where's the sport in that? If they had called an ambulance for the guy it might have been agrivated assault. But they did nothing. I believe that's called criminally neglient homocide.

They should all get prosecuted. You just don't stand there while someone is getting killed and don't do nothing about it. They're all guilty of hiding the crime, but the guy in white should definately be up for murder and the Dojo master too.

i understand there is pride in your dojo. if someone came in off the street to challenge, then of course give them the beat down. i don't know if they knew the guy was crackers, but the answer to the question "who was your master?" was given as "jesus christ" should have provided them with enough info to just kick the guy out.

they claim that the guy was a nuisance in the shopping center. killing him is not justified by that. nor is killing him because he challenged your dojo. the guy is obviously a few sammiches short of a pic-a-nic, and as was stated before, where is the "SPORT" in that?

most people know better than to walk in off the street and challenge a dojo. this guy didn't. did he deserve to die? no. were they (the "marine" and the dojo owner) guilty of murder? no, but the guy later died from his injuries, so you have to convict on that fact alone. they could have called the police. they could have called an ambulance after the beat down. hell, they could have done something (how many people were in the room?) but no one did anything after he was down and beaten some more.

i say yes, they should be sought and brought to justice.

Find him and prosecute. We are suppose to protect those who cant protect themselves even sick individuals. The mere mention of being a Marine and thinks this is justifyable is sadly mistaken and a huge dishonor to the Marine Corps. Yeah his faced changed because the guy was actually holding his own against him. Couldnt take being made to look bad so gets him to fall and bashes the guys head against some metal stands when he is down. Real Honorable huh? What a punk!! Hope they find him.

there will be a bunch of denial, but the tape is worth its weight in gold for the prosecution. this was 1984 - how much has the world changed since then? not a scintilla.
