Adjustable Tourqe Arms

I drove a 1995 Z28 M6 today all bolt ons, but the only big suspension mod was a Spohn Adjustable, with polyutrethane bushings. When you come to a halt or downshift at a lower speed, it made a tapping, bumping, and clicking noise. It defenitly wasnt from the rear, because you could feel it in the shifter, and kinda in the driver seat.

Im just curious what can cause those kind of noises?

if its the adjustable arm with the crossmember up front, there is a pivot and with the spherical rod end up from, soemtime when slowing down theres a little "clunk" when the pivot changes since its a double pivot thing. as far as the bushings, i dunno i dont have those, but my TQ arm makes a light bang every once in a while while stopping but not bad enough for the common person to notice.
