Which Sub-frames to get???
Which sub frame connectors do you guys think i should get????
My friend has kenny browns on his 88 IROC and said they're real nice. I was thinking about UMI's sub frames....but i just don't know. Anyone know of a good priced Sub frame connector???

The two best styles would be Triangle or Tubular weld ins. Those would be the strongest no matter what kind of power your making.
With my old 3rd Gen, and with my Current 4th, I have Spohn Tubular Weld-In Subframes. My 3rd gen Subframes had a trans cross-over bar, but my 4th gen set doesn't.
If I had an assload of money I would have gone with the KB's myself.

find chromoly weld ins. even if they are not the triangle or double diamond style they will stiffen teh car a ton.

Yeah my friend told me KBs were also a little expensive......im ganna check on Spohn..... UMI is actually expensive too

My personal opinion is that I would rather have some liek SLP's, that don't just go front to back but connect to each other in the middle also. Prolly gonna get SLP weld ins at some point.

I like UMIs, but they aren't sure about clearance on dual-cat cars and I have a dual cat y-pipe at the moment. I was thinking of the Spohn's too....

the Competition Engineering bolt-in ones work great, forms right to stock floor,then i welded the ends to the frame.( #3111)($250.00).

Jegs brand frame connectors r made competition so get those they r cheaper they just wopnt have competition engineering on em n u wont get the sticker.
