Man I was playing around alittle more in Photoshop, and I am really liking the results of where I placed the flames!
And little bored old me happen to be on House of Kolors website looking at their specialty stuff:
ICE PEARLS™ (IP)
Ice Pearls glass flake pigments go beyond what traditional pearls offer in vibrance, brilliance, and sparkle–especially under sunlight conditions. Ice Pearls™ can be used with any of our SHIMRIN® bases, Kandys, Klears, or Kustom bases to give a brilliant glitter effect.

KOSMIC-GLO® (KG)
So bright, you'd think somebody turned these colors on! These powdered phosphorescents soak up the light, then glow in the dark. Add spectacular effects to any graphic by adding them to automotive clear and watch your flames burn and your scallops sizzle. Depending on use and sun exposure, light fastness on some colors will be limited. The glow effect will last even if the color fades.
Now Imagine this:
The front of the car to the tips of the flames are painted with the Ice Pearls as a sort of clear coat. So the the car doesnt nessecarily have to be repainted, just hit with a clear coat of the pearl paint, so depending on where you are the car will apear bone stock, and in other spots you will see the front end of the car with a real nice sparkle to it, and thats how you would see the flames! That way its still Ghost like and can be somewhat incognito!
And then the outlines of the flames by the doors would be outlined with the glo-in the dark outline, it would be silver too if possible, and at night it would look sorta of like a reflection and at night you could see the outlines of the flames!
