there is one member registered here who has a C5 ZO6, but he doesn't post anymore. Maybe someone else will be able to help out. I know transam619's dad has a C5 (not a ZO6 though). and Camaro2you's dad has a C5 vette vert...obviously not a ZO6. they might be able to shed a little bit of light on the matter though.

In many cases you can do sample quotes at geico and allstate without a vin. I know for Geico the vin was required once I purchased the insurance. So you could just get a ballpark with that.

WHAAAT!!! Im 18 going on 19 and my dad pays $3700 a year for my 98 trans am. I wanted to find out insurance on a mach1 and they quoted me at $5250 a year. I dont even wanna know what a ZO6 insurance quote will be. Im guessing upwards of $6k. Remeber we live in jersey the most densley populated state in the US. Thats y our insurance is so dam high.

if you and your family have good driving records you can apply to new jersey manufacturers. they have good rates, it is a protected pool so your rates won't spike with jsut one ticket or accident, and they actually move pretty quick when you actually need to use your policy.

i believe my parents are paying i think its 1500 or so a year i believe for the vette with full coverage my moms accord with full coverage and then my dads dodge pickup with liability. I can get the exact number tomorrow sometime, i have to talk to my about calling the dmv bout the registration for the 86 anyway. all i can say is its gonna be on the road in about a month or two hehe.
