haha that's what I was also counting on eric - I was figuring a detector would let me roll down my windows for at least half the cops. I made my appointment for 9 AM on friday with a tint place on route 18. Hopefully It will go well
oh P.S 275 dollars for all around, and that includes removing my back hatch tint which takes forever. 8)

I got 5% tint all around at a little shop right outside McGuire AFB, think it was 200 bucks, but did an excellent job. I was worried about the hatch because I've seen a lot of tint jobs not stick at the top were those little black dots are, but they did the best job I've seen on mine.
As far as getting pulled over, the best way to avoid that is have Michigan plates like I do. Don't know what the rules are in Michigan these days but the NJ cops don't either.
