Have you crawled under to look at the rear suspension, check where the exhaust goes over the axle, and take a peek at the tranny mount?

yea most likely the tranny mount or the u-joints.... to check the tranny mount just take a pry bar and wedge it between the trans and the cross member and look at it to see if its broken and split from its mount... dont kill it tho u dont wwanna bend anything up just enough to tell if its still connected.... and to check the u joints you can usually just grab the driveshaft and shake it to see if there is play... now usuually there is a tiny tiny bit of play up and down in the rear so be sure to look at the u joint carefully to see if that has play in it...if its not those two check all ur suspension mounts and bushings and what not... check all the small stuff and hope its not the rear heheh.... hope this helps ya
