Back from Philly Auto Show
we had a lot fo fun. walking around the car show with only a handful of other people there is sweet. we could really pour over the cars in detail and take our time.
got to talk to some of the GM folk again, barb got some good video, justin/al/andrew took about a million pictures, and we got a little group shot in front of the camaro concept.
even ran into Bandit while i was there.
i am sure the pics will be up for everyone to enjoy soon.

you can actually walk out of the convention center at the corner of 12th and arch and go across the street. there is a huge mall like place with a rick's steaks in it. that is where we ate.
my suggestion, go combo, american cheese w/fried onions it was yummylicious

Tim good seeing you again. It was a good day. If you want a good steak sandwich don't go to Geno's and Pats (tourist trap) go to Rich's across the street from the Center @ the Terminal or Tony Luc's on Market.
My Pics from the day.. I'll have more later

Easy...Geno's. If you want a Pats steak, you can make it at home...it's called Stakeum. Check out a place called Pagano's at Market East(8th and Market) between the Gallery and the Patco hi speed line. Not just good steaks, sausage, peppers and onions, eggplant parm, pizza(2 of thier slices is like 3 anywhere else) and salads. They are only open for lunch(think they close by 3) Great stuff, good prices.
Anyone ask the GM people how they are going to keep the dealers from raping us on the price of a 09 Camaro?

Pats and Genos BOTH suck. They're nothing but tourist attractions. I've had better cheesesteaks at local pizza joints.
Now, if you want a good steak OR a kickass roast pork sammich head over to Tony Luke's on Oregon Ave.(not far from that junk Pats and Genos). Roast pork, sharp provolone and some broccoli rhab FTMFW!

btw, pagano's is nasty. tony luc's is the best around. pats and gino's are still good steaks, but their prices suck and there is always a line.
i am also a fan of steve's prince of steaks, there are a few of them around including their newest location directly across the street from my job.
