Driving to work the other day i started getting beaped at by passing drivers and it was all because my rear drivers side wheels was wiggiling/wobbling like crazy. Didnt have the problem a day before. I took off the wheel just now and when i rotate the axle (outer partion of the braske drum off) the axle is not turning true at all.

Does this sound like bad bearings? or something else?

Could be a bent axle.

yep, just got back from the shop - bent the axle shaft. It always had a slight wobble from when my brother had the car and took it up on a curb, took a big chunk out of a salad shooter. So i was prob gona get it fixed anyway but it really bad now. Atleast i have the cash flow to fix it. Said about 1-1.5 in labor and just have to find a new or used shaft now.

Im gona call a few junk yards today, are all 4th gen axle shafts the same? Ill do some research but thought id ask real quick.

ok so i got one for 140 used (dealer wanted 190, then add a markup from guy), have it by tomorrow and in the shop hopefully tomorrow or first thing monday. so i might have to call out of work tomorrow to get it done so i dont have to worry about it. Which means i cant make the south meet on sat cause i cant affored to call out two days in a row. Rims and tires dont buy themselves
