Unhappy Cars put away for 2009...

Well last time i was home in NJ, it was finally time to put my cars away and leave them to sit out the year of 2009. The next time the SKY or SS see the road again will be end of next winter, after new years 2010. It was a strange feeling doing this, knowing i wont drive them for 13-16 months. The SKY just got a car cover in the garage and the SS is back in its bubble.

anyways, i managed to get the SKY in my garage along with my vette, iroc and SS, yes thats 4 cars in a 2 car garage. here are some cell phone pics as i was doing it. i could still fit a motorcycle in there with leaving the lawnmower still. and to think, there were times i couldnt even fit 1 car in there...

Be safe, will you get to be online while your over there? Being away for a year you will save a good amount of money. Im sure duty pay is good each month or how ever it works.

the base im going to has 4 phones and 4 computers. Right now its being occupied by a company sized element. we'll be taking over with about 3 company sized elements... so about 350 people. Use of the internet will be very limited to say the least. Combat pay/ hazard pay/ all pay tax free, etc is a plus though.

The SKY will be getting traded in within a month of when i return in 2010. We'll see what will replace it....

If theres no 2011 camaro, 2 other options are already on the table, either one getting Procharged the week i'd pick it up.
