Need Paint!

Is anyone here an auto painter? I need to get my front bumper painted/blended. The paint is peeling badly and the bumper was never properly prepped. not sanded or primered.

im not gonna lie dude.. if you really cherish that car and want it to be "right" you might wanna get a whole new bumper and start from scratch... i know if you brought that to the shop i work at it would cost an arm and a leg... because you have to sand all paint off and reshoot... and then you run the risk of sander marks comming through the plastic and so on.... this is alot of prep and paint work... if the whole bumper is prepped like that... you likely will not be able to blend it anyway because the paint will keep peeling back all the way to the other side of the bumper... im not trying to burst your bubble i just dont want to see you get had by some crappy repair shop... that bumper can be salvaged with alot of sanding and finishing work... just weigh the options... if you do paint that bumper id recommend having them take it off... because when its on the car your cant sand in the seams where it meets the fenders and stuff... and it will most likely peep out of there even after a repaint... i hope this helps... sorry again if this comes across as arogant or somthing... just trying to help...

Ask HardcoreZ28 what the right way to fix it is and how much his professional services would cost.
