It looks like spring is finally headed our way. Despite some random snow for many parts of the state this past week, the temps have been rising and we even saw a few days attempting to get into the 70's. That means only one thing, everyone is hitting the streets, car shows, and tracks again.
Along with the great chance to start getting out and about again we are seeing even more growth in the club. With dozens of new members in the past few weeks we just wanted to take a moment to encourage everyone to take introduce themselves in our Welcome/Introduction Forum. The tracks are open again and the Racing Forums are running day in and day out and with reports of new best times and trips to the tracks. ***CLUB MEETS AND SPECIAL EVENTS***
Thanks to everyone who made it out to the March Monthly Meet at the Texas Roadhouse this past Sunday. IT was a huge success with a few dozen great cars and about 40 members and guests by the time it was all done. Special thanks to the Staff of the Texas Roadhouse in Millville for being great hosts as always. We got our usual section and the same great service that we have come to expect from their staff. THE 2009 EAST COAST F-BODY NATIONALS ARE HERE!!!
After getting a lot of details ironed out in the last few weeks, we are proud to announce plans for our fifth anniversary meet. The weekend of August 7th through 9th will be an action packed adventure as we make the annual pilgrimage to Island Dragway in Great Meadows for another great day of drag racing and show cars. More information, including details of the Friday night F-body vs Mustang and bracket racing classes, will be posted with in the next few days.
