95 Firebird Convert Starter and lack of power issues HELP!

Two issues I am faciung with my 95 Convert, 6 banger automatic.

1. Have to change the started and looks like I need to drop the pipes and unhook trans lines, is this correct?

2. Lack of power I mean REAL lack of power like running on 4 instead of six.
I have changed:
Oxygen sensors (both)
Both sensors on the air intake hose.
Larger pack sensor on the passenger side of the engine by the fuel injection. (above the P Side Oxygen sensor.

No difference,
Does not smoke tick or know just NO power we live on a mountain and I have to pull 2nd gear just to get up it.

Ideas suggestions?

Thansk guys!

Is the car throwing any codes? I would agree with TRANSAMPETE, I have seen cats get clogged and you will feel like you have no power. Also, when is the last time the car had a tune up?

No codes, I tried that service engine soon light light flcikers here and there but the check engine light does not appear and hence no error codes showing.

wait, the service engine soon light is flashing? that is a "check engine light" and they flash when you are experiencing a severe misfire which could lead to cat damage.

the starter can probably be wrestled out with the exhaust in place. dropping the trans lines would help.
