subframe connectors

Hello,
Anyone here have subframe connectors installed in their 2nd gen? I'm pondering subframe connectors for my 81 T/A, and just have acouple questions.

Which type is better, bolt in or weld in?

Is there a brand that won't need any vehicle modification except some drilling for bolts?

Weld in are better- or at least bolt-ins tack welded into place.

I have a set of SSM's left over from my '78Z build (weld in, no floor mods needed) if you are interested.
