I'm a fan a luminics halogen lamps which you can buy online pretty easily. Come with a nice warranty and lots of choice. I'm a fan of titanium white.

I wouldn't bother with silverstars as they are expensive with a poor lifetime in my experience.

Avoid going with the cheap HID kits as you will have light going everywhere.

Just my $0.02

i have a h4 hid setup but i have a decent set of h4 lenses, not that crystal clear bs. They do have some glare but its not bad, i never get high-beamed and it lights the road in front of me without 'hot spots'. im looking for projectors but that is on the back burning right now. dont have a pic cause my camera is out for repair...ugh. ask antiriceguy about my headlights lol

I don't have pics of the tiitanium white as I have a different luminics lamp color in my G8 (high beam and fogs). On the Bird, the bi-xenon setup negates use of a halogen lamp.

Here is a pic comparison between a standard halogen lamp vs. Titanium white. The color is tasteful and the output is retained over stock. This is why I choose to carry this lamp.
