Uh oh, Ford FTW?

http://jalopnik.com/5619496/mustang-...edding-bargain

$30,000 for a mustang GT
$7,499 for a blower

624 HP and 536 TQ

Z28 what? J/K

This really does make the mustang currently the best bang for the buck!

I'm sad cause now the challenger is getting slower and slower

.....and no warranty. Toss in the cost of a 3yr / 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty that Ford offers (and maybe the 5yr / 100k mile powertrain that GM offers) from an aftermarket company, and see how much that adds to the total

I like the power options but does the price include dealer installation? I doubt it plus I'm not sure how comfortable I would be buying a brand new car w/o any powertrain warranty. I see the rationale of why Ford wouldn't want to but makes me think the powertrains won't like this type of power on a consistent basis. Popping a motor with 14k on the clock will not be a good day.

Agreed, it sounds good on your truck. Come to think of it, I had the Flowmaster Force II cat-back on my '96 Impala SS, and it sounded awesome. I was just making the 'Stang joke because I think every Fox I see/hear running around has Flowmasters.
