March Car of the Month Submissions
Anyone can post one photograph of only their Camaro or Firebird in this thread. Photographs of multiple cars or cars with models will not be accepted.
Please include your name and a short paragraph (at least a few sentences) describing the ongoing project(s) being done to the car and/or a short story about the car as well.
If this is not posted in this thread by the time voting begins, your car will not be included in the vote.
All submitted pictures should be a minimum size of 640 x 480, as this is the size of the image that will be posted on the home page. If you aren't sure of the size, post it up the largest image you have (within reason), or send a private message to me for assistance.
At the last week of the month we will post a poll that will last for one week and the winner will get to spend the following month showcased on the home page of the site. Past winning cars (regardless of ownership changes) will not be eligible to enter again for 24 months.
Any pic considered poor quality by staff (cell phone, etc) will be ignored in COTM voting.
Please limit this thread to posts submitting pictures only. Comments and other chit-chat will be removed and offending users will be penalized.
GET THOSE SUBMISSIONS IN!!!

Picked up the car a few weeks ago as a project. Currently has Intake, Cat-back, Higher Stall, mail order tune, Lowered and ZR1 wheels with 315s out back. Car is getting a LSX swap in time as well as some other goodies... hoping to keep this one in one solid piece !

1988 Camaro Sports Coupe. I've had this car for 10 years now in which ive updated the ground effects and taillights, swapped out the FI for a carb, added a full exhaust, lowered it and some C5Z 17" rims. Inside is a nice stereo set up and 4th gen leather seats.

1991 Firebird Formula
Owner: Ed Kozinski
This is my 59,000 mile all original Bright Red Formula 350. It is mainly a Showcar during the season and also attends a few Drag Racing events. All the performance upgrades are bolt-ons and have improved the handling and acceleration without destroying it as a DD if that were the case. There were only 1,198 of these made with the L98 350 Corvette engine and not to many survived unscathed. It's an interesting trip to a lot of Auto Shows where people come up to you and say they remember these, but haven't seen one in a long while. I am looking forward to seeing how the photo shoot comes out in High Performance Pontiac magazine in the next several months.

Anthony Davoli's 2001 Camaro Z28
Stock Z28 aside from SLP Loudmouth cat-back, head unit and C5 thin spokes. I've got alot of audio upgrades waiting to be installed, but at the moment this car hates me and needs plenty of replacing parts to be what I want it for, a street/strip car.

When I got this car, it was bone stock. It also didn't move, so I threw a stock joint in and she took off. She's a 98 z28. The few mods consist of an ls6 intake, cat-back, 3.23 gears and a tune. Recently blew the trans so when some money rolls in I plan on a rebuild, converter and headers. On drag radials she ran a best of a 13.3 @ 104mph. Did I forget to mention it has 195,000 miles?

1987 Iroc-Z 5.7l. This is my daily driver. Slp LM1 exhaust, PCMforless tune, Jasper stage 2 700r4 trans., Ram-air ducted intake. As long as it starts, its my everyday family car. My one-year old daughter was born 2 days before I got it and she's been in it ever since. She sleeps in it when we go somewhere, even with the obnoxious exhaust!

My name is James Newcomb. I bought this car back in January on a cold rainy day. It is originally from Florida, it's a 2000 SS, automatic, T-tops, power seat/windows, leather seats. It came to me with a magnaflow catback, edelbrock shorty headers and a volant cold air kit. Just this week i installed alpine speakers in the doors, and next to the back seats where the factory subs go and disconnected the hatch speakers, they are all matched up with an alpine headunit. Future plans include new headlights ( just delivered actually) and some a repaint of the hood/front clip

I purchased my 1991 Camaro Z28 in July of 1998 from the original owner with 26,000 miles on it. It is a LB9 with a 5 speed transmission. Since owning the car I had a 3" cat-back exhaust installed, Hurst shifter, MSD ignition, SLP underdrive pulley, TPIS airfoil and adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and I ported the upper intake behind the throttle body. It came with a factory aluminum drive shaft and aluminum rear drum brakes with a 3.08 limited slip rear. best 1/4 mile time to date is a 14.6 @ 97 mph.
