Spring is just about here! Not that you could tell from the mild winter. Hopefully we will have a much better spring this year than last year’s soggy mess.
A lot of members are starting to use the new Member's Rides section to show off their cars. Check it out. And maybe you’ll show off your ride!

*On February 25th several members participated in the Polar Bear Plunge at Seaside Heights in the snow – Together the team raised over $2900 for the NJ Special Olympics! A few pictures can be seen here:

**We have several members working with charities again this month!
*First off, we have a cause that’s close to home – Our very own Unstable Bob Gable’s wife is battling a severe case of cancer. Paul of RPM Resto & Custom has put together a fundraiser where he’s selling company t-shirts drawn up by another member, Scorched SS. They look awesome, and all profits will go towards helping Unstable Bob's family. There will be another run of these shirts, so don’t be upset if you missed the first round! *Next up, we have edpontiac91’s daughter raising money for the MS Society Walk in Freehold in April. She has had MS for over 10 years and has been involved in many charity events looking to find a cure for the disease. Help her out by checking out the thread here:

February 2012 Meet - V17 in Maywood, NJ
We headed north to Velocity 17 in Maywood, NJ for some high performance go kart action and had a blast. NJFBOA owned the top times of the day and there was some great white knuckle racing. Results for the best track times can be seen here:

At the end of March we head back to a favorite place, the Chapterhouse Restaurant in Howell, NJ. They have a big lot where we can hang out and shoot the breeze, plus the food is always good – you have to try the Elvis Burger! Come on out!
