Putting a CB in my 68

I am putting a CB in the 68 & looking for a good cb shop/installer Does anyone know of a quality shop anywhere in NJ. I have heard of Advanced Specialties in Lodi, but they wont install. Buying a cobra 29 LTD nightwatch & K40 trunk mount antenna. Thinking of mounting it on the passenger side of the console as i dont think it will for between the dash & console, I have the Phantom II Guage cluster mounted there. Any Ideas?

CBs are usually a do it yourself kinda deal. Best is a custom mount sideways that uses existing holes in the metal dash on the pass side. drilling holes in the plastic console sides will ruin it. Are CBs making a comeback? I still have my 23 channel and magnetic antenna

oh, if you bought the lip mount antenna, it will ruin your paint where you mount it

Update

I dont mind about the paint, by the time its ruined ill have to repaint it anyway, starting to blister, cheap paint job to begin with.

Called whitdot looks like ill be going with them for install & tuning
They will have a better way to route it Than i can think of im sure.

& The Whip is the best part. LOL I think it will look bad ass.

Ive always wanted one on my car. Az
