1989 GTA

Been so busy with getting married, the honeymoon, and work that I forgot to post up the GTA I picked up about a month ago...

It is an L98 car - white with camel leather and t-tops, 59k miles, and almost every option you could get. The previous owner tinted the windows and added an aftermarket head unit, but other than a K&N filter, the car is unmolested and almost all original. It has two tiny dings and the typical rear spoiler cracking.

Swapped out the gold crosslaces for a set of black CTW wheels so far and will be upgrading the engine with some bolt-ons (TB air foil, pulleys, y-pipe, and 3.5" mufflex exhaust), the front brakes (either LS1 or Baer), and the suspension (GW control arms, subframes, SB hardware, TQ arm, and probably Koni SA struts & shocks).

Here's some pics:

I'm not usually a fan of solid black wheels, but in the light yours looks great against the solid white car.

I love white GTA's. It's my favorite thirdgen ever. I have a rear spoiler for sale if you ever want to fix the crack. Good luck with it.

Nice pick up. Black CTWs look awesome on that white GTA.

Thanks for the comments everyone!

I of course tried both the silver and black wheels and it's unanimous the black looks better with the white paint. Silver works much better with my blue Camaro. At least there is a white TA in NJ with my wheels now.

If the weather cooperates, I will be bringing it to the meet Saturday...
