Actually Kev, I took it off a post in our admin section where we've posted up our event at Island on 10/23! That and like 20+ forums. Put 10/23 on your calendar, I got trophies! Although your email did make me think “gee, I should post that list I have!". So kudos! Did I miss any? I told you that you can use the forum to QB stuff too!
Your list would have saved me a lot of googling a few weeks ago!
