Technically it should all fit on a 1995 Z28 wouldnt it? The rear clip never changed if im not mistaken.

I want to know because Im going to ask my neighboor to get one for me cheaper then usual since he owns his own body shop.

by flip spoiler i assume you mean the regular ss model spoiler,

yes, it will fit any 93-02 camaro

96-97 style SS spoilers do not have a 3rd brake light
98-02 style SS spoilers have two pedastals that mount the spoiler under the middle section, where as the earlier ones were open all across underneath.
