New best for both vehicles

I haven't been on too much in the past couple months, I have been starting a business. Anyway, I took the Nova and TrailBlazer SS to E-Town on Sunday for Street Wars.

TrailBlazer SS - K&N drop in filter

60' 2.08
330' 5.85
1/8 8.95
MPH 80.05
1000' 11.60
1/4 13.87
MPH 99.25

The new best is for the engine not the car, I currently have my brother's engine in which is supposed to go in a 2nd gen Camaro if he ever finishes it!

Nova - Pump Gas 383

60' 1.50
330' 4.37
1/8 6.84
MPH 98.82
1000' 9.005
1/4 10.86
MPH 121.53

Both times would be .02 faster but I was bracket racing and had to hit the brakes. The MPH were from different slips when I didn't need the brakes.

When is the new engine going in? To be honest when I clicked the link to this post I expected single digits!

Lol, I wish. I keep changing my about how far I want to go with the engine, my wife keeps encouraging me to go big or go home! Hopefully one more season of 10's, when it's all said and done I want it to be 9.00's in the heat so I can dial at the cut off in Pro Class.

I want to but my wallet doesn't seem to agree with me! It will get done, it's just going to take a while.
