Nov 2015 Meet - Fri 11/13 - 5th Annual Race Wars - Atco NJ Track Rental
This is the official thread for the rental/club meet, mainly for coordinating lunch.
General Details:
Date/Time: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13th, 9:30AM - 4:30PM
Location: Atco Raceway 1000 Jackson Road, Atco, NJ
Food: Food will be provided (sandwiches, drinks, chips, etc) for $7 if paid in advance, $10 if you pay at the track. Please note if you would like to participate. Lunch pre-pay: Send $7 via PayPal to BonzoHansen AT NJFBOA.org. Send me a PM if you have any questions. You are not guaranteed food if you do not let us know you want lunch.
Trophies: We will have a handful or so trophies to give out. The trophy categories will be disclosed at the rental.
Photo/Video: A number of generous members will be bringing their photo and video equipment. We will do our best to coordinate and capture the event however it will be up to the racer to speak with those shooting/filming if they would like footage of their vehicle.

If you have not paid to race and are not on the "Racer List" list below, you are free to come hang out and watch. But you will not be racing that day.

Spectators Information:
Please indicate if you will be spectating and if you would like food provided. There is no admission fee during the rental. No shenanigans or interfering with the racers will be tolerated.
Lunch pre-pay: Send $7 via PayPal to BonzoHansen AT NJFBOA.org. Send me a PM if you have any questions. You are not guaranteed food if you do not let us know you want lunch. $10 if you pay at the track.

If you want lunch you need to let us know by Wednesday. I would think more people would want lunch. We are not bringing lunch for three people.

Probably just a cheap charcoal grill and some coals. Not a big deal, and I don't mind cooking at all!
