Mystery fuse panel Box

Hey Members,
I have an after-market fuse panel box in my car. The former owner said it was a "Painless" harness but I can't find anything identifying this.
The black box holds 20 fuses and has some letters just below the fuses that read as follows: HF/B-DE-M
I don't know what brand or manufacturer this is. Any help is appreciated.
