Random leak

92 Firebird
6.0 swapped

Kinda stumped. My car drives perfectly fine. The temp stays the same. There is no visual smoke out the exhaust but randomly there will be coolant all over the driver side of my motor. When i catch it the headers are smoking and burn most of it off but i have yet to visually see anything leaking. I just had the system pressurized to 15lbs and it slowly dropped to 11 but i still cant see any leak.
While the motor was cold it held 15lbs. Gonna look into getting coolant dye.

What radiator is in it? The plastic sides like to push away especially when warm. Would line up with your location too since there isn't many areas for it to come from. They also hairline crack. Maybe spray soapy water or windex around there and pressure test again when it loses pressure?

It's the stock original radiator to the car. The whole area by the radiator is dry. But when I noticed the smoking the whole driver side was wet. The header flang as well. I will pressure test it again while hot

Front or back? Don't LSX lego blocks have the four corner coolant crossover lines? They could be slowly leaking?

Otherwise, HG or head bolt is leaking.

not sure really. All i witnessed was the driver side totally soaked. I was informed that i may need to bring the pressure up to 18lbs to look for the leak?
