Poll: Voting for January 2017 COTM!

First COTM of 2017! And not a single LS-based car in the mix this month! The 80s & 90s are taking over!
Chose one option as your pick for January 2017 COTM. Voting will close on Monday, February 6th, and then a winner will be announced.

1. Nick - Anti Rice Guy
1995 Chevy Camaro Z/28 Convertible

Car was purchased in 2001 off of a used car lot while on vacation. Within the first month it got the stripes, chrome 16" Trans Am wheels, a high flow cat/catback, CAI, and a Hypertech programmer. Since then, the only addition has been three-point subframe connectors.

In the meantime, it's been a lovely cruiser, roaming the curvy roads of Northwest NJ and the shoreline.

2. Mike - maroman88
1997 Pontiac Trans Am WS.6 M6

97 TA WS6. M6, mostly stock, 155k miles with a short shifter and a Borla

3. Tim - deadtrend1
1996 Pontiac Trans Am WS.6

1996 TA. Added many go fast parts, took off the not so fast parts.

4. Matt - strick454
1994 Chevy Camaro Z/28

Well, finally got it done so i figured why not, just a 94z with some underhood upgrades and ZR1s.......along with odds and ends from generous members here

5. Dave - IROCZman15
1987 Chevy Camaro IROC-Z

I have owned the car for almost 18 years now as the second owner. It has a 350 crate motor with a 150 wet shot of nitrous on the TPI. Pro Built 700R4 trans recently installed September 2016 rated for 675 hp/700tq, 3.73 gears. custom 1 off built Boze forged wheels with nitto 555 tires, almost fully finished with the full UMI suspension (adjustable), 2" lowering spindles up front, adjustable shocks and struts, S&W racecars chassis subframe setup, big C4-HD 13" brakes up front and a drum-to-disc conversion using a C4-HD 12" disc setup in the rear. Dyno Don's coated headers and Hooker cat-back. MSD digital 6 ignition control box and MSD ignition components. Flame red paint, custom stripes. black interior, sport seats, big sound system, the list goes on and on and on.

Here is a photo of it during the 10 car invitation only showpiece display for the "30th anniversarry of the IROC-Z" feature during the 2015 GM nationals; summer 2015 in Carlisle, PA

6. Paul - 88Iroc5speed
1988 Chevy Camaro IROC-Z

Here is my 88 IROC G92 5 speed with about 45,000 miles on it.

7. Francis - DirtyBird
1997 Pontiac Trans Am WS.6 M6

Doing a spark plug change... just resealing the motor, clutch, and suspension upgrades

Cool! Thanks Mike and thanks to those who voted for me! I do appreciate it fellas.
I do wish we had more people voting in the polls though.... for the many thousands of members we have and the hundred or so more active users, the voting should have dozens of votes.. but oh well... maybe it will pick up and add more excitement to the mix in the future. Good job to the other owners/cars in this months running too, keep at it.. it took me several tries to get picked.

I recently installed a B&m SuperCooler auxiliary transmission fluid cooler in the car and installed the final remaining pieces of the upgraded suspension in the car: UMI A-arms. They were a bit of a project and took a few hours to do, but they are in. Did some other stuff to the car too and actually had it out TODAY for 20 mins checking to make sure the springs were sitting properly in the new A-Arms. All is well

I will be at the BWW February meet coming up Mike.
