Tuning in NJ for a 2015 Silverado?

I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3 and it has that annoying AFM feature where it switches from 8 cylinder mode to 4 cylinder mode. I bought the RANGE AFM Delete module thing you stick in the OBD port but I have found it drains the battery when the truck sits for more than a few days and every so often I get a no start condition with a P0700 & U0100 code. I suspect the RANGE AFM Delete has something to do with it but I am not 100% sure. I would just like to find a local tuner that can delete the AFM, I don't really want any other modifications to my PCM.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a reputable local tuner?
