1999 Z28 For Sale - $1000

CAR IS SOLD

DISCLAIMER: Car has been sitting for eight years. At some point over the past couple of years, water got in under the cover and pooled up inside the car in the driver's side footwells and caused mold and corrosion issues. I last started it a couple of years ago and it ran well when I did. It has approximately 93,000 miles on the clock and I bought it with around 73k on the clock. Car is in Bergen County.

I personally wouldn't consider this car anything I would try to restore to road glory due to the funk inside and whatever corrosion is throughout the interior and the electrical system, but if you have time to part it out or want to put some of the aftermarket stuff in your car, it's worth it. I don't have anywhere to pull it apart and part the car out, so I'm just looking to sell it as is.

The Good:

LS1 motor
TSP Torquer V2 Cam 232/234 cam
PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L heads (1st generation)
Chromemoly pushrods
SLP Lid
160* thermostat
SLP Bellows
LS6 intake
Ported TB
March underdrive pulley
Pacesetter 1 3/4" headers w/ blocked off emissions
TSP ORY
SLP Dual/Dual catback (the original that came on the SS vehicles)
Racetronix fuel pump kit
30lb injectors
LC-1 wideband
Dynotune digital A/F gauge (blue backlight)
Dynotune digital fuel pressure gauge (blue backlight)
Poly motor mounts
Koni adjustable shocks
Strano springs
17x9 Black ZR1 wheels up front
17x11 Black ZR1 wheels out back
clean title

The Bad (car doesn't turn on anymore, so there may be more):

The car does nothing when key is in ignition.
Paint is not of any type of show quality.
Needs new slave cylinder (clutch pedal will not return to normal position after a shift under hard acceleration).
Passenger window motor will go down. You won't get it to go back up.
Rear seats are removed.
Sound system is garbage. Previous owner attempted to put subs in the sail panels and did a hack job. Factory speakers in all the other locations.
Passenger side kick panel has a crack in the fastener point that needs to be repaired to hold the kick panel up rather than resting on your feet.
Most of the wiring I did for gauges, etc., was considered to be temporary for testing and was intended to be replaced, but it does work.
The wiring done by previous owner for sound system is bastardized and I never fixed it.
The tires need to be replaced at all 4 corners.
The rear fenders need to be rolled if running 315s like it currently has. The fender well lip digs into the tires when the car squats under WOT acceleration.
Driver's side motor mount has a bolt missing on the K member side. It kept wanting to cross thread and I didn't have time to fix it before taking the car off the road.
Driver's side windows switch panel needs to be replaced and have new retainer clips installed to keep it from popping out of door panel.
All fluids should be changed at this point.
Headers have surface rust.
A/C stopped blowing cold long ago and I never looked into why.

The "you might consider it good, you might consider it bad":

T-56 M6 transmission
TTP tuned
93-97 Camaro tail lenses
Clear front turn signal lenses with switchback LEDs
Charcoal leather interior
blue LED dash bulbs
blue interior bulbs
factory ground effects

Throw ins (take them or leave them):

Factory 16' wheels with rubber on them (bald drag radials out back)
used FAST 90/90 intake and TB (needs new mounting hardware. previous owner did a mild/unprofessional port job)
stock tail lenses
updated OEM slave cylinder
passenger side window motor

this will probably go quick but if it doesn’t i could use some parts off of it if you decide to part out yourself.

I'm gonna go run over to my storage unit to grab the stuff that's not bolted on the car right now and will get back to everyone's PMs when I get back.

I'm interested in buying the whole lot. Let me know if it doesn't work out with the above.
