Kept the Z in a 10x20 storage unit for winters but also for a full 1.5 years stint, never had an issue but kept scented dryer sheets in car and around car (mice) since all units connect with the bottom 1/2" or so. I paid $180ish but the last time was 4 years ago or so. This was an EZ Storage facility and was keypad locked 24/7 and customer service was good, well kept, etc. Access was 6am-12am 7 days a week.

My gf's parents got a 10x20 in the Poconos just got one at a smaller facility and they paid around 200. My suggestion is don't get one with solar on the roof, as a lot of stick on solar panels are rotting out the metal panel roofs prematurely, there's some sizeable lawsuits out there, but really it just means the roof may cave in or leak on your blue beast.

I know you're moving, but not sure where to, did you think of a POD or you may be gypsy living for a while?

edit: prices are per month but typically they give 1-2 months free.

All of my stuff is in uhaul pods at the moment, sans the last remaining staging furniture and garage tool chests.

Thats a bit pricier per month than I was hoping for. Thanks though.

As Nick stated, Most if not all storage facilities are 200/ mo +/-. Cheaper options would be a private individual renting out their garage or barn. Seen those in the 75-125/ mo. Due Diligence is on you however. A sea container can work. They do get damp/ moldy if not properly vented or aired out.

When are you looking to store the car? I might be interested in renting out a one car garage.
