did you do a good flush of the PS system? Maybe some garbage from the rebuild hurt your pump
Most likely it was junk from the start lol

Nice. Looks like you have some room for a lightbar between bottom of grill and bumper.

Nah that will go away when I get a proper grille.
Currently have a 1500 which has bumper right to bottom of grill, whereas the new bumper is made for a 2500hd which has a plastic space that fills that gap between bumper and grille. So gotta check local junkyard for a new grille and should be good to go.
Although, I think I may chop that company logo out and install light bar there.

What was it plugged in to? Looks like the pin's gone on the receptacle end.

if it works when I get the harness replaced, then I may opt for a new fan.

FYI just fixed the same problem on my friends truck. Pigtail and resistor were fried. It was due to the windshield drain line being clogged at the bottom right corner. i would double check it (it was an 03 1500). drain was clogged and water was running into the heater box/chasing the harness

I'm jealous of that install simplicity. I think some red LEDs behind the MOVE bumper would be fun. Def red though to keep the illegal theme rolling.

that would be so much better if MOVE was backwards so it was clear in a rearview mirror
