Tire cleaner that restores back to black

Has anyone used a tire cleaner that gets rid of the brown look on used tires and restores them back to black without being shiny? Anything that doesn't take a ton of elbow grease to clean them? I picked up a set of tires for the Bronco that are dated 2022 so they are not old but have around 10K on them so they are dirty. I scrubbed them down with Simple Green to clean them up but now it's a clean brown look. I tried some Dawn but that didn't do much. Then I tried Super Clean and a kitchen scrubber and that got it clean and back to the black rubber, but that is some serious elbow grease and these tires have a lot of nooks and crannies that are tough to get into.

Jeff, When I put tire black on, I use a blue shop towel and rub it in. By doing that the finish is not shiny. But when you spray tire back on and just leave it, it remains shiny. So try rubbing on the backside to see if you like it.

Finish them up with a non-silicone based dressing or even a ceramic tire dressing when done.

So far, I've been using Bleche White and Super Clean and keep getting layers of brown to clean up but they still aren't back to black yet. I wonder if the guy had been using lots of tire shine or something to get that much buildup on tires less than a year old. The good thing is that they are not mounted on rims yet so I don't have to worry about hurting any wheel finish. They definitely look better, but it's going to take a few more rounds of cleaning.
