Black LS1 Camaro
About 10PM on Rt. 287N ~exit 50-58.
Girlfriend was in passenger seat.
You were trying to run, but I couldn't. Anyway, it's kind of hard to shout "I have a vacuum leak, missing a block-off plate & have a broken OPSU (all thanks to a LS6 Intake swap gone wrong, last night..)" across a highway at 65MPH. cool car though.
I think it may have been ?onew1ckedz?

hahahahaha. It would be. If you head north to Sussex County and cruise around the Lake Lenape area you might run into me doing some testing runs. So far so good, just a couple annoying things like leaking hoses that are not quite tight enough. I've had it on the surface residental streets and County Route 517. Took it up to 50 and it was loafing with the car urging to go faster. LOL. None of our other cars do that. I have QQ plates on mine. (its gonna fail inspection anyway) The original L69 is under the work bench in the garage. I have an LG4/L69 hybrid in there now. I will have it at Muffler Dan's in Newton for exhaust work on Friday a week from today. I will have it at the Chatterbox soon. I want to get on AAA and have the exhaust done before I make a run up there.
Anyway, speaking of spottings....theres a 1969 Camaro (not sure if it is a Z-28 but it looks like one) Hugger Orange and white stripes sitting in a garage, around the corner and a block away on top of the hill on Valleyfield in the Lake Lenape area. Anyone know the guy? Every once in a while I see fresh rubber laid down on the street there......

also a the show was a black LT1 camaro with red stripes in front, american flag on the antenna, and red overlay on the 'z' emblem, leather interior
and a teal LT1 camaro with borla catback parked right next to me (the black z28), also a very clean car
then at the GSP mall i spotted a white firebird formula, i believe it was an ls1 but im not positive. was very clean and parked on ground level in the parking garage

Saw a whole host of F-bodys at the Chatterbox Saturday night. A Green 69 Firebird Vert, a beautiful 76 Formula with a 400 and 4 on the floor, a couple of third gen camaros, a 86 TA, a couple more first gen cars, and also saw whats his face with the red t-top 80 Z-28 (once again too late as he was leaving when I saw him.) Thought about bringing the 84 up but did not, turned out to be a wise move as a statie pulled out from the station up there....with wide open exhaust I would have been busted and nailed with a ticket.

Would be neat to see it, however, it will be at least a couple weeks worth of trial runs before I make an attempt to make a run up there. Also I'm not there every week. Your better bet might be the east coast nationals at Island Dragway on Aug 7th. I'm planning to be there with or without the TA.
