What does that mean?

it boosts your testosterone, like a steroid. i could be mistaken but i believe its very weak and commonly used as a PCT rather then a supplement on its own

it boosts your test levels naturally and its a AI, but shouldnt be compared to any kind of steroid. people will think its bad for u if you say that lol. I know people that have used this and it works quite well for them. definately worth it. youll want to buy like 3 bottles. that will do for 6 weeks. you can start off by taking 3/night and work your way up to 6/night then work your way back to 3 at the end

matt, dont be scared by supplements. xt and tbomb and a bunch of other natural testboosters will only give you positive gains. you wont get any negative sides

i fully agree with this, i believe in supplements too especially natural test boosters

i have done novadex in when i was playing football in college and i would recommend it, i really liked it and had some nice gains

Kinda random, but do any of you guys that lift heavy weights swim too?

I am kinda thinking of starting again at college but fear I will be told to not lift as much.. thoughts?

i used to..it was great cardio while working out all your muscles

i think if you do long cardio like running 45 minutes at a time thats when you'll start to lose muscle mass

IMO, unless your PL total is above at least 1000 or you have a good reason to cut down to 8% body fat I'd cut the **** and just lift and eat right.

training in general. according to arnold schwarze******s modern encyclopedia of bodybuilding...there are two types of muscle fibers, red and white. red is non aerobic, used mainly during lifting, and white is aerobic, mostly for cardio and stuff.

overtraining begins when you train too much in a short period of time and doesnt let your muscles recover fully, the white fibers feed off of the red fibers, losing muscle mass i would assume.

go buy some novedex xt or Tbomb 2, or animal stak or animal test. it will certainly "cut it" for you
