thanks guys i appreciate the kind words...its not perfect but im happy for now...
im looking at these wheels right now
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...All&sort=Brand
now why can i only find wheels in the vintage series that fit my car? whats the difference between that and the muscle series and is there anything i can do to combat that factor?

I agree the diamond spokes (what everyone is calling cross lace) would look best. The color choice should match other colors on the car. If the interior is black, do that for the wheels. If you plan to replace any of the emblems, then color match those.

Look for listings with "GTA wheels" or "diamond spoke" or "third gen trans am wheels" in the description. Be careful though, the late 3rd gen TA wheels look a lot like the diamond spoke wheels, but at 15" and have no polished lip.
www.thirdgen.org may be one of the better places to look, or just post up a WTB listing here.

Those would be imitations.....the factory wheels haven't been available new for some time.
You can usually find a good used set between 200 and 300.
