I dunno....I thought 4th gens had only 1 belt, but I didn't think and early second gen big block car had a serpentine belt either.

LS1's have a seperate AC belt, right?
My 2nd gen will have one serp belt.

I ditched my condensor back when I painted the engine bay and installed the long tubes; tomorrow i will be removing my compressor and the whole bracket on the passenger side of the engine. I picked up an alternator relocation bracket so that will take its place. My AC never worked that well in the iroc anyway and the T-bird blows ice cold, which is my DD, so it doesnt bother me

like to have my a/c there if needed i dont like it when people take out their a/c or abs i think it de-values the vehicle greatly

and then when those t-tops leak in a summer rain and you need to defrost fast while driving...the a/c compressor is very helpful.
