yup looks nothing alike to me. the front end is cheap and plasticy looking and the rear end looks like it was just that. rear ended. im not a fan.
only resemblence i see is the 1/4 windows. which are the only things i hate about a first gen camaro.
my fav gen for f-bodies is the thirdgens but yeah.

just heard that hackensack (great american) chevy and englewood chevy got some on the lot... guna have to take a ride after work

modern technology on the challenger? really? its a car that has retro style and retro engineering, put it on a diet and give it handling from something other than a barge. IRS FTW

Looks alike to me just more modern...Cars big and i wished it performed a little better but is a sharp looking car... That being said Ill probably wait til the 5.0 stangs come back out and grab one of them.

No, they weren't. She said TEMPEST- which had an IRS from 1961-63, pre GTO.
And the early IRS's were not good in design. Something about a crappy camber curve or something like that. Vette guys may cry foul but it's exactly why VBP sells smart struts and such.

Vettes didn't get IRS until the C2/1963 model either, IIRC.

Schumacher has a red V6 with the RS package, sticker is $28 and change, they are asking $28 and change! This mark up is a joke, I could see if they had an SS/RS with all the bells and whistles but a V6 model, sad.
