I know money is tight these days, but for a great show at the beach I would shell out some cash to chip in. I guess everyone would have to pitch in for something like that though. One huge beach event would be awesome if it can happen.

it isn't something that will happen this year. we have been trying to move summer meets towards the shore, just haven't been able to find a spot that works well that is affordable for the club currently.
we are already working on a few things for next year, we will see how it pans out.

wow mapquested it, 179 miles or 3hrs and 6 mins for the fastest way
146 miles or 4 hrs and 4 mins for the shortest distance... thats a haul, 5 weeks out of work + crazy amounts of bills + the ever rising cost of gasoline= me sitting at home for this one..
