Yea, in one thread the owner claims that he told the pinks producers that it was only a mid-11 second car, and in another thread he said it went 10's easy.
There is a lot of misinformation posted from both sides though, shows how easy it is to lie on the 'net.

jeff creech dyno tuned my car and some ppl love him and some hate him.... he was a really nice guy but tuned my car to run high #s on the dyno and not good on the track

I read all of the links and crap some funny reading. I love how they are still claiming the guy in the F-body cheated,lied about times ect.. It seems Ricers have an excuse for everything doesnt it?? It was a crappy race but a funny show but i guess for both guys it was pretty serious stuff when your going to loose your car. It must really suck to have to face loosing your car on top of giving a guy a 20 car head start hahaha .. Props to the guy in the F-body for being a good sport and he even gave him another chance when he could of just took his car.. I do like a few of the comment's some of the ricers made regarding the F-Body seems they are getting familiar with the LS-1's haha but i guess if you get your ass kicked enough times you learn

The kid didn't really lose his car, he got it back and has already put it up for sale. The two parties usually work out a deal to buy back the losing car....

The guy actually sold the car back to the kid for more than $300.00 but he won't exactly say how much either but he said it was more than $300.00 and that it was more than enough to cover fixing his tranny that he damdaged racing the kid and it also left him with extra $ afterwards. If you read the links for the other forums he says that but he also says he just going along with what ever the kid says he wants to say he paid for it.
