thats why I love my cb radio.
whenever I go on long trips on the turnpike or 80 I like to hook it up in my car, you hear the truckers call out what mile marker the cops are sitting at sometimes. Only problem is for those the don't know the radio lingo, you wouldn't have a clue as to what they are saying.

I always warn people out of courtesy... I've had people save my ass with it plenty of times. As for the unfair advantage thing, eh... can't always be a hardass... people deserve some slack sometimes. I know I've gotten TONS of slack in my life on multiple occasions, so why not help someone out?

There is no obstruction if no one else is doing anything wrong. You cant prove that the person oncoming was speeding or not.
Improper use of high beams is ususally the ticket.

improper use of high beams sounds quite easy to fight in court. especially if you get the ticket at night. i will continue to high beam people. kinda like the pay it forward idea its something i want catching on

Yeah you can fight it in court, but why? 50 dollar ticket, and I dont belive it comes with points. Fight it, and you go to trial over using your high beams, pay a lawyer X amount, pay the additional court fees, and now you are out 400 or so bucks for a headlight.
