This weather sucks. Right now it's ice/sleet by me. I can hear it hitting the windows. And driving back from work was a bitch on the Thruway. Used my mom's Concorde, which actually isn't bad in the snow. But, it took my almost 2 hours to get back.

We've been getting sleet for almost 14 hours straight now. It was sleet when I left for work before 8 this morning and it's still sleeting. I'm just glad it wasn't freezing rain. Sleet is actually not that bad to shovel otherwise we'd probably have a foot of snow.

Friggin rediculous. And a plow truck... I'm talking about one of the huge ones 1.5 times the size of a garbage truck, almost rear ended me by burger king in bergenfield. and then my dad's car got stuck in our driveway... overheated the trans for a sec rocking it back and forth... had to shovel the damn thing out. After it cooled down tho the CEL went away and the trans calmed down lol.

Just got done shoveling and chipping ice for the past 3.5 hours. The SS hood had about 6" of sleet packed on it and I couldn't even find the opening so I didn't want to start the car. I kept going because I wanted the sun to help melt and dry the driveway before it refreezes tonight. Got the ice and sleet cleared off the car and put it back in the garage.
