You should be able to pass a tilt test no problem.....

any tire 7" over stock or 38" diameter which ever is smaller is the legal limit. Dodges come with 30 or 31in tires so your fine. I'm assuming that you put a 4in lift on to clear those tires. Just tell them its a 3in and you wont even need a tilt test.

If they question that its a 4in and not a 3in tell them the springs sagged down a little.

yea i just picked up one the other day diving back from Point Peasent. I was picking up my rims and i really think the H-way patrol officer was more curious about the strange object in my passanger side seet ( 2 of the tires ). I only say that because i had my windows down more than half way, so she couldnt have seen much of the tint anyway. but yea $54

-thats my first ticket since i got the tint put on about 6 months ago - how often do u guys get em? i guess its really just luck though.

He's got a 3" and 35" tires, so he'll be fine.

I have 3" of lift. My truck had 28s on it from the factory so that would put me at 7" over of tire to the 35s that I have. Whoever bought my truck originially got only a few extra options, which sucks, but for me its great. Rubber floors FTW after ya go muddin'

Okay, so I called the court just now. Someone had entered my ticket number incorrectly, and I should be able to pay it by tomorrow. It is $54 for tint.

I had to take off my tint for 2 weeks come inspection time, every time I would see my car I would run over to it because I thought I left my windows down

I'm just not too fond of windows I can actually see through
