Yeah, Immigration had a few too...all unmarked, but same exact car/body mod to the nose. Those had no lights other than the visor style they flipped over and something in the back, and of course strobes in the corners/wigwags.
Heard down in Bristol, VA they have a few 'regular' vehicles as well...one's a mini van with dark tinted windows and it radio's to some other cars. There was an early 90's 5.0 red with white stripes, all decked out and stylin....he'd race enough to get you over the limit and bust ya
Seen the 5.0's in NC as soon as you cross the border into the state too. LX's at that

Here is my old B4C. It was used by the FBI in NY from 99-05. It was retired in early 2006 when I purchased it.

I got a whole book on cop cars. I want to make my 89 notch stang look like a cop car. A cop in my town with a 2000 state trooper camaro ran 11.99 with nothing but Drs. Pulled the one wheel off the ground

I didn't know they had an undercover cobra or anything else other than unmarked crown vic's. Voorhees has pretty sick unmarked chargers and tahoes, all black.

I remember a few years back there was a nasty accident on 17 in paramus but there was a bright orange mustang on the scene with red/blue lights

yeah, but, the first thing i thought about was, "Gentlemen, start your engines...!"
my contribution:
that's an AMC javelin 401 Police special edition. hemmings muscle machines did a write up on them in december, 2007. seems they caught GM and ferd napping and slipped a few javelins in there. alabama was one of the best customers and even still they barely ordered 200 cars per year for three years. not a big deal, but for floundering AMC, it probably kept them in business another week.
the officers liked them better than the rustnags and camaros of the day for high speed pursuits, however they'd get squirrely on loose gravel because of the comparable lightness of the cars. in the end, they didn't make the roster, but they did help fill a niche for a coupla years.
