			Just regular creatine mono works for me, i just throw 5 or so grams in my weight gainer and im good to go... but some people bloat on it if that concerns you

			Way back when, when I used to lift, I was taking MuscleTech Creatine 6000-ES Link  It worked pretty good for me. I added about 35 lbs to my benching max in about 3 weeks. But that was after being at a plateau for a little while. I did notice being able to do way more reps and have much more energy in the gym.

			i got creatine monohydrate through gnc.. their brand...  i did the overload phase the first day which is double the amount...   it cramped up my stomach real bad and i puked all day and the next day...  
 so no more supps for me lol... i just do 230-250 grams of protein a day...

I tried a "free sample" of their superpump knockoff. I drank it, did a few sets of squats, threw up in a trash can, and resumed my workout. I followed their instructions to the letter.
