Nice find!!!!
You're gonna need some extra cash for all those rear tires you'll be burning through.

Suprised at what, the numbers?. Thats around a 425RWHP (give or take 10 horsepower) prior to the blower which is not crazy to expect out of a LT1 with head and cam work done, not to mention what other goodies it must have done if the guy bothered to open it up. Vortech are also awesome blower cause they have low parastic loss compared to some other blowers.

Did it come with dyno sheets, build lists and receipts? Sounds like an awesome car for sure, but also kinda too good to be true for $3500.

Yes.
Assuming the 425 with a 355ci, that is almost a 150 HP gain with 5psi....

I don't get it?. Are you questioning it? . 14.7 is equal to 1 atmospheric pressure equaling 100% increase (without calculating in parastic drag), so 435 divided by 3 ='s 145+435='s 580.

i remember hearing somewhere the basic rule of thumb is like 10 hp per extra psi of boost you put down

Well, how much money you wanna spend to replace a perfect ignition system?
One extreme is either a Meqasuirt/FAST/LS1 conversion, or the other option still retains the optical part of the opti and is either the LTCC or Delteq kits.
Or just buy a new opti...
